Delivery Settings
When enabled, saving content or a page fires an HTTP POST with a JSON body
{ event, timestamp, data } to the URL below. If a secret is set, the
request is signed with an X-SPD-Signature: sha256=… header (HMAC-SHA256
over the raw JSON body) so the receiving end can verify it really came from this site.
